I find it hard to navigate through the VA website. Trajector Medical Team Members help me a lot in this process. They all seems very knowledgeable of how the system works and as a result I understand better where all my online file information is located. There are lots of technical issues that delay the process on both VA and Trajector side that sometimes makes progress difficult.
