I have been using Trajector for over a year and quite honestly any problems I encounter were my own fault. They helped me get 100% permanent disability. *********************** is just one example of great customer service. I had a matter resolved which she did and then she called me back to make sure I was good. SFC ***** Retired.

They have been very helpful with instructions on how to fill out forms and navigate thru the VA claims process. I did get repeat messages from several team personnel. It was very hard to talk to any team member, on hold for over 30 minutes or on a call back that never happened. They dids do what they said they would do and I am grateful for that,

Trajectors does what they say they will, from my experience I recommend you find someone to talk to, who works with them, and also speaks good English. As most of the complaints I see are from people who did not know what they were signing up for. Trajectors is for assistance in your case. They help you not do everything for you
