The customer service has been fantastic. All of my questions were answered. There is great follow up with their staff. I do recommend all military personnel to use their service.

Overall a good experience. I had never filled a claim before and used them because I expected dealing with the VA to be a hassle. The process was simple and my results were well above what I expected. Trajector can be pushy, though. And if you have a question or problem that is off script for the call taker, you probably wont get a straight answer. When my money came in, Trajector was quick to send me the bill, I expected theyd review everything and ask about fighting my denied claims, but that wasnt the case.
