Overall it has been a decent experience. Paperwork and appointments were pretty quick and promt. Some of the appointments/follow-*** need to have a step by step PowerPoint as they can get kind of confusing on when to contact them and/or when they need to contact you. But other than that it was pretty decent.

Just starting my journey. So far so good. I am really impressed with the speed in which everything is being done by trajector. They are in constant contact with me. The representatives are courteous, professional, patient and very respectful. I have been denied in the past by the VA but I'm cautiously optimistic now that I have the support of trajector! Highly recommended.

I have a gotten an increase in my benefits with their service and I appreciate all that they have done for me so far. I dont understand everything that they do on their end but they were very patient with me. Theres more that they could complain about from my end of the table than I could complain about. Currently Trajector Medical is still working on my case and have accomplished more than I could have on my own. I would recommend their organization to any patient and honest person.
