Happy with their help and scheduling of appointments. Sometimes it takes a little long to get to talk to somebody, but I understand that they are very busy helping veterans.

So far they have helped me to get all the documents needed to file a new claim with the VA. The agents are very knowledgeable and they will call you to get them forms filled out in a timely manner also. I just sent in my new evidence for my claim. Im at 80% now looking for 100% with total and permanent disability. Wish me luck.
