I started with Trajector Medical in Mar-Apr 2023 shortly after I let the VA know that I was going to file a claim. Trajector was quick to help me get my evidence compiled and file the claim. Unfortunately, the ** took nearly a year to process as I had numerous issues that needed review. But once I got scheduled for my exams, it was quick and I went from 10% to 50% and then to 70%. I am very satisfied with the service I received. Trajector explained every step prior to continuing with there service. I was promptly called after answering the online questions. An appointment was made with the nurse soon after providing the required information. I was assigned a case manager and was in contact every two weeks via email or phone call.
