Trajector Rep provided quick answer to my questions as to the timing of VA response. All questions answered. Their system for updates and feedback works well within my schedule.
Trajector has been treating me great. Read some complaints and they don't make sense. Of course veteran has to go to C&P exams. Can't just sit on butt! Anyone who has dealt with VA knows you have to do some work. They have been in constant contact with me every step. They called when they said they would call.
Although the process thus far is not complete, Trajector Medical has been nothing but professional and upfront about what is expected at the end of this process.
