Retired in 2000 as a Gulf War combat vet. It took me 15 years to get a 30% rating with the VA/DAV. After working with Trajector I have been increased to 70% within a few months in 2024. Well worth the time and cost!
I'm in the early process of receiving my benefits so far I'm impressed with the help I'm getting. Hopefully with Trajector Medical help the process will be less stressful.
The assistance was appreciated in the beginning. Only recently did I find them to lacking in communication re: phone answering and when you leave a message with name number etc. you never get a call back. Dissatisfied with the communication aspect. All other conversations and communication of handling my account was somewhat professional. Great working with Trajectory!Increased my service connected disability from 70% to 100%. Wouldve never got this increase without help from them.
So far so good with Trajector Medical. Everything they spoke to me about was viable information. I certainly have not had any issues with Trajector.
Trajector medical was very helpful in getting my claim expedited, however they have taken away my hearing claim said my hearing was good but I think they forgot about my tinnitus, also my claim on skin cancer was not addressed. other then that, they are excellent to work with, super helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their claims with the VA
I always had issues when I worked directly with the **. I got in contact with Trajector and the process sped up. I went from 50 to 70% in 3 months and still have some claims out for decision. The only reason for the 4 star is they say they will call you before your appts but that only happened three out of the 6 appts. They were all before the first appts. I know sometimes they are quick turn around appts, but I let them know at least a week before. Overall a good experience and had option to pay monthly.
After having waited to apply for an increase in my disability rating I am happy to say Trajector made the process easy. They guide you every step of the way and are readily available to answer any questions or concerns.
