On the date of my inquiry of this company, by e-mail, I received a very early phonecall from this company on the morning immediately after a very bad winter storm. A representative was willining to come out that morning, as part of a very large sumac tree had fallen onto the roof of my house, and driveway. I had two large trees (a mesquite and a palo verde) trimmed in my front yard. The workers showed up on time and completed the work quickly, and the trees looked much better afterward. However, they left a lot of small branches in the trees that the wind blew down and I had to pick up and dispose of for several days after the service. Considering the price I paid ($250), I wasn't expecting to have to pick up thorny branches for days afterward, so I was a bit disappointed overall. Great tree trimming crew, poor communications between estimator and crew; but the job that was done was beautiful once we straightened out the communication.
Tree Pro's did a good job at a good price.
Had a little trouble with the communication about the work to be done...but the job was done well and at a nice price. Service was timely, prompt and cleanup was excellent.
Prompt, curious; good advice and several scenarios to chose from; Fair price and quick service; I will be using them again in the near future
They were very prompt in coming out and giving me an estimate, once I agreed they came right out and did the job very professionally. The crews did an excellant job at trimming the tree and picking up all debris, they were very polite and very professional. The price was very reasonable.
