RecommendedVery friendly and helpful. I had an emergency with a starter problem. I drove over without appointment. Curtis went out of his way, not only checked out what the issue might be but was able to find and fix it!
Have bought several items from Tri-Am. They have bent over backwards to help me. Sales personnel are very friendly and will do everything to answer all your questions.
Service is fast and customer service is awesome. They do good work so that you don't have to return several times for the same repair.
After a long winter without using my ac, the fan would not come on! Called Curtis is service! Told him the problem and he said it probably just needed to spin it by hand due to possibly having corroded contacts! Well after a day or so deciding what to do ; I went up and puller the cover! WOW! Some kind of animal had built a nest in my (squirrel cage blower) lol! Removed the nest and all the straw! Bang it’s all good! Running great! Thanks again Curtis!
We found Tri-Am's service to be very good. The people are helpful and friendly, and their prices are not at all out of line with other dealers that we've done business with. I would definitely give them high marks, and would not be at all hesitant to refer people to go their for service. (Also, it appears their prices for supplies and accessories are very reasonable. A nice change from some of the places we've dealt with!)

Customer Service Department was dead on. I had an appointment for an Awning Replacement on my Diesel Pusher. They started promply at Noon, and said it would be ready in 2 hours. It was done in less time, and they found a couple of items that needed to be addressed, 2 sewer roof caps were missing, and 1 cracked skylight.
