This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Tri-Am. I found they have always been professional, pleasant and straight forward in their dealings and not aggressive or pushy in their sales. All personnel from the sales, managers and service staff have all been eager to please and pleasant to deal with... make you feel at home. I would recommend this facility to anyone in a heart beat!
Everybody at Tri-Am go above and beyond. We have spent the last eleven months getting our RV repaired because of Tornado and Hurricane damage. Curtis and Tim have to extra lengths to ensure that our trailer was repaired properly. They worked hand I hand with our Insurance adjuster to make sure everything that was damaged was repaired. Can’t say enough good about entire staff. Lori on reception, Dave and Patricia in Service . Just like family. Telling everybody we know about our great experience
