We love our travel trailer, staff was friendly, was disappointed that our salesperson was not present at pick up.

Would not recommend purchasing here. My elderly parents were sold a NEW $60K+ 5th wheel with undisclosed roof damage. Their idea of trying to make it right is to RIP the roof off a new camper and put new on. What is right is to give my parents the new camper they spent their hard earned money on
I've been there at least 5 X's in the last year. Twice I asked for a part that was not in stock. A parts man ( bald on top) took my number and said he would order the part ( upper tail light for a Minnie Winnie) and said he would call me when he got it. I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. I called about two months ago to order a tow bar for my Honda fit. ( And to have installed on the Fit) I could not reach Parts and finally they sent my call to the Service Dept.
