They were very nice and helpful I really like going to Tri Am RV Center They need to get more used camper s. I can not affraid there new ones wish I could. Glad we do have a camper place close to go to and get parts. Thank you.

R erything you need for your trailers or motor home. If they don't have it they will order it for you.
We have had our Destination Trailer for 13 months. During the warranty period we had exceptional service due to the failure of one of our a/c units. The unit successfully replaced under warranty. Now after I am out of warranty on some minor items they once gained performed EXCELLENT and affordable service. The Sandpointe we bought is a wonderful unit. I would recommend it to anyone. I was there yesterday. They ordered a new trailer hitch for me and was to be installed yesterday. They removed my old one, which wasn't easy, and move other items out of the way. When trying to install the new one, no matter what they tried, it just was not going to fit. Final decision was, sending me to another trailer hitch dealer which may be able to fit my van, which did work out very well.
