Efficient & thorough
Very fast and efficient
I do not know how to describe our experience, except to say it was more than exceptional. The medical community has been under such stress for the past two and a half years-you wouldn't know it stepping into the offices at Tristan. It was almost closing time and my son and I were already turned away at two other area urgent care centers. I called to see if Tristan was still accepting patients (they were). Seen quickly, loved the staff. Felt comfortable, the PA was knowledgeable and HEARD me. I recommend 100%
I can’t complain. Service was fast and easy
For the first time in a very long time I don’t mind going to Doctor appointments. The receptionist Brian is always on top of getting any messages that I may need to be relayed to the right person. In the past, with the other crew that worked there I would be told I would receive a call back and sometimes it took days and most of the time would warrant another phone call on my part to remind the person that I was still waiting for a reply. Out of all of the urgent care clinics that advertise being open until 8:00pm. You were the only ones to actually take patients after 6:00pm and right up until you closed. The other clinics will turn you away. Thank you, guys are awesome.
