No long wait, staff and doctor were professional
Friendly, clean, prompt and professional!
It was a quick sign in process and after filling out the paperwork they took me right in. I did wait about 25 minutes in the exam room before I was seen. I would have preferred to wait in the waiting room, more comfortable there. I was please with medical care I received.
Quickly seen minimal wait (unless you are an impatient 11 year old with ADHD) the staff was friendly and listened.
I brought my sick 2yr old granddaughter in and the nurse who brought us in the room didn’t do any vitals on her . She didn’t check for fever or pulse ox. The doctor was very nice and patient , she checked everything and even let lily sit on her lap. I definitely would recommend her.
The wait time was longer than usual, as there was an extremely high volume of calls to the front desk. It took more than one hour from the time I walked in to the time I left.
