Very friendly and on time. Did not have to wait long at all. Great care.
The staff and attention given to me as an out of state person they knew they would never see again was excellent. I highly recommend this practice.
Phone and front desk person (I think it was the same person) were very welcoming and helpful. Received and appointment immediately with no wait. The staff was great and the follow up occurred timely. Overall great experience

After almost a year of fruitless searching for a new doctor, I stumbled across Tristan Medical's website. After a few quick phone calls, I was in the system, and as soon as they had my medical records, I made an appointment. Everything went super smoothly, and the actual appointment was great too! I saw PA Lacasse, and she was really nice and very helpful! I don't remember the name of the man at the desk, but he was really efficient and helpful as well.
Ali listened to me respectfully and answered all the questions I had written out. Then she asked if I had any more questions. Very patient. At check out my follow up appointments were scheduled. All staff members were friendly.
The staff at Tristan are very professional, competent, kind, and courteous! I will be going to them for now on with any physical issues I have that need care in a timely fashion! Excellent!!
My visit there was a good experience. The person who took my vitals was very pleasant and the doctor was too as well as informative.
Doctor and nurse was great. Receptionist wasn’t too nice but behold everything was wonderful. Thank you
