I do not know how to describe our experience, except to say it was more than exceptional. The medical community has been under such stress for the past two and a half years-you wouldn't know it stepping into the offices at Tristan. It was almost closing time and my son and I were already turned away at two other area urgent care centers. I called to see if Tristan was still accepting patients (they were).
