Its a GREAT place to work and a great place to buy or lease a vehicle! Thanks to Rob,Jennifer,Andre, and Kevin :) I was able to get the all electric 2015 Nissan Leaf. So far I have had 2 cars worked on in the body shop and 2 of my cars and 4 family cars worked on in service. I am so incredibly pleased and impressed with Trophy Nissan and Arturo from the Service Department. I've had my car a little over a month and today after lunch my car wouldn't start, I was able to get the battery jumped and made it to the service department. Once I was there they said they needed to replace the battery and my tire pressure was low meaning it could just be low pressure or something in my tire. Automatically I started to panic that I was going to have a huge bill as the battery replacement was $150 alone. Af... read more
I brought two vehicles from this dealership and with most people the sales staff was great. However, my interactions with the service team and management has been a complete nightmare. First, off they force some type of service plan in the price of the car abut then refuse to do anything what the service provides. the service team will lie to you and just tell you anything just to get you out of the shop. Service dept damaged rims by using a acid based wheel cleaner but they have done nothing so far to make it right
