Worst experience I have ever had!! I waited 10-15 minutes just to have someone come out to check my car in and there was no one in front of me and no one behind me. After they finally checked me in, it took more than 2 hours to patch a nail in my tire. Crazy!! I will not be shopping there again!
It was ok until Mr Jeff Butler went to lunch. He usually makes sure everything is done correctly. The car wash job that they did on my car really sucked
All they care about is selling you a vehicle if you have to take it to Service that's when your head it becomes a problem and when they cannot fix it they all Shirley know how to play phone tag do not buy A vehicle here you will regret it they have so many people coming back for warranty you would think they were having a football game there
Well i usually would write a good review for Trophy Nissan, cause they are usally really good and quick and very pleasant to do business with. BUt i am not sure about that after yesterday. I had an appt to get my oil change done at 9 am. Usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour to complete. I got thier at 8:48 am and didnt not get out of there till almost noon. I told the rep that i had another appt at 11 am and they said i should be done within an hour when i got there. i said kool no problem. Needless to say i didnt make ... read more
If I could give a lower rating I would! I have been buying Nissans for years now and never had such a horrible experience. I spoke with MJ Alami who assured me he would have the truck ready for me when I got there. I drove 50 miles from my house to see this truck. I told MJ that I would be there between 4:30 and 5. I got there at 4:40 pm and told them I was there to see MJ. Told to have a seat and he would greet me. 5:00 rolls around and MJ finally shows up to ask me if I got his email. Avoid this business. They are not transparent and mislead the customer at all times. My $10k hail repair at the collision center took almost 40 days and not once was i kept in the loop. They made up lies to try to calm me down when i finally had the nerve to call and ask if things were okay...because the had not even started on my car on day 30. They provided misinformation about my car, never showed respect or sympathy, and didn't care that i had to waste time and money to give them my business. They damaged my window tint ... read more
DO NOT go here, and if you go here, DO NOT use Nick Barbara. Not only did they encourage me to fill out an application they said that would not be a hard inquiry on my credit after telling them a million times I didn't want that, after verifying one was ran, they completely lied about it. Will never go here or recommend anyone else to. They completely lost my business.,
Don't even think about getting Nissan to put a sunroof in your car after purchasing it because they will not have any proof of them putting it in and tell you they can't do anything since it is "after market" even though they put it in! I have a hole in my car and nobody cares. Just gave me a 1-800 number to call and didn't try to help.
