Poor communication about the status of my truck. Took 3 days for my truck to even get looked at. I kept calling to get updates and that's when I finally got a text with the results. Got help from other advisors more than my assigned advisor Michael C.
My friends..... had a issue with the way you did business with him. I'm happy to know not to come see you... if you can't treat us right it's ok. We can keep our money. You can keep your cars.
So when you buy a used car supposedly they inspect it and check it out. Never said anything was wrong with it. Took it in for an oil change and then they tell us that so many things are wrong with it and it'll cost $7k to fix everything. You are a dealership, should be ashamed of yourselves for selling such bad vehicles.

Horrible sales service, unknowledgeable denied my son a car because on my report I had a repo from 20 years ago do not even bother or waste your time in this place go somewhere else that they're going to bend over backwards to help you and by the way the customer service was horrible as well
I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from here, shady salesman, shady service department and the managers are even worse. They will say anything to get a deal done and when you come back to get what was promised everyone denied everything. They sold us a LEMON CAR! Bent subframe and they tried to say that we ran over something! We were cheated by this dealer!!
