I will never feel confident taking my car to the dealership again, especially if it is Trophy Nissan. On the morning of 05/31/24, I was about to head to Louisiana for a family event when my car wouldn't start, and a malfunction code appeared on my dash. Will start by saying the salesman Daniel Amaya was great from start to finish. Turned sour when I got into finance and they sold a warranty and “mis spoke” as the finance guy says and it has just gone downhill from there. The sales manager Daniel Picazzo (spellcheck) told me when I wanted the warranty taken out that the “deal was done and my trade was paid off and titled into their name” however here I am 3.5 weeks later and my trade is still not paid and every time I call the dealership they push me around to someone new.... read more

Your showroom is too cold. All of your employees have heaters under their desks because they are all freezing. Makes for a very uncomfortable buying experience. Johany our sales man was terrific. He took good care of us and was patient with our questions and concerns. Would give him a 10/10. Edgar in finance needs to calm down/slow down. He talks way too fast, even for me being from Chicago. We had a little trouble initially with the electric signature. Just couldn’t get it to work on the first one. But then Edgar rushed us... read more

Overall a pleasant experience. Addition- 6/23/2022 after emailing and calling* -( I won’t go back to them due to their “after the sale”). I bought online and can’t even get them to mail my plates to me.

As a first timer purchasing a vehicle from a dealership this is the last thing I thought would happen . I DO NOT RECOMMEND trophy Nissan y’all put people in cars NOT READY or FAULTY I have not had my vehicle 2months and I have spent the last month back and forth at Nissan dealing with service having to cancel reschedule my life because y’all are lying keeping my car 4-5hours and not replacing brakes . I would never do business with this dealership again! After negotiating and choosing a car, they wouldn't let me take the car without money in their hand (ok fine). Once they received payment from my bank within 24 hours, they sold my car to someone else while it was still on my loan. Their priority is cash in their hand, otherwise, they're giving it to someone else. No one communicated there to let each other know that car was sold. It screwed up my loan and had to stop payment on the check. SUCH A HEADACHE!
