Room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping quickly respon to request. We stayed in Havana Tower Executive Suite, very spacious. My only complaint is they need to put more towel racks or hooks in the bathrooms.

Do not book the Solana Tower! The rooms are all brand new BUT the elevator to get there is horrendous! It is SUPER slow, resulting to long lines to get on, long waits to get down from your room, very very frustrating. When we were headed to check out we ended up taking the stairs to other levels and every level had people, more then 6, waiting to get on the elevator to go down. Absolutely ridiculous!

Casino was clean, but smoke traveled to the non smoking area.
