Good Hard to navigate at times. The restaurant and shops were nice.

Very Good The pools must be enabled. If they say they are going to be open all summer, then be it. By the beginning of September, there are no more pools, and the one that exists is completely abandoned and neglected. The pools should be improved.

We loved our stay, but hoped for more room amenity options. We had weird stains on 2 of our pillows, and the refrigerator was struggling to stay cold. When we arrived, the refrigerator was very hot because the door was left open. It took the whole day to start to chill. The refrigerator was a bit to small comparable to many other hotels. I hoped for a microwave as well. Rooms with larger refrigerators and microwave options for more than a 2 day stay would have been nice. We stayed for 4 days. Nice hotel but room was outdated! The rooms were outdated and dark. I believe I was in the ceaser part of the hotel. I liked the casino and marketplace and swimming pools.

Pleasant Rooms dated, the glass and walls through out the hotel were very dirty. Getting to and from parking lot was confusing. There were no signs. The staff was very nice and helpful

very pleasant. The food at the Hash House was GREAT! no microwave in the room. I guess I can understand why. the location and the staff at the check in desk were exceptional. I commend their service.
