Very old. Difficult to get someone on the phone at the front desk; left on hold for a long while. Was not aware there was an additional $40 charge per room for "resort fees". This was not mentioned at the time of booking. Additionally, they charged me over $180 per room at check in and then they credit back the $140 if there are no issues but could not tell me how soon the refund happened.

The tower we were in was outdated and there was not a functioning ice machine on 3 floors i checked.
