I had only one problem on the first day but it was rectified. Only 1 elevator was working in the Chelsea side

The room was very clean, the casino was very nice and well maintained. The biggest issue were the elevators to get to your room. The line was at the elevator all the way down. The wait was ridiculous. The same issue with the garage elevators. Also the escalators going up were always out & you had to take the stairs or find another entrance to get a working escalator. Other than that, everything else was good. Check in and check out was pretty easy too.
