-no clear directions to parking from on tower to another -on room receipt said we were on the 20th floor room 2009, there is no 20th floor in --the clesea or room 2009. our room was on PH lever room PH9 --chelsea 5 waitress never brought our food out we waited 45mins (We believe she forgot our order) she never checked on us the whole time very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. mattress cover in room dirty

I chose Tropicana because of its location and the fact that everything I needed was on sight food, entertainment,shopping and direct access to the boardwalk. What was disappointing was the indoor pool wa closed during our stay.

I had a great stay with my family of 5. The room and property were clean and well-maintained. Check-in was quick. We do wish the pool was open past 5pm.
