We had a great experience at the Tropicana! No complaints. Maybe just that we have a tall truck so had to find other parking. We liked the variety of restaurants, access to the beach, casino games, activities for kids, the fact that other kids were around for our kids to play with.

A great stay with just one exception. Only one complaint - for four days and three nights we had no housekeeping service. The only time they showed up was an hour before we were checking out. They should post a note in the room explaining this policy. I booked three rooms at the Havana Tower. They were all very nice. Our room was a mini-suite, which was great as I am an early riser and appreciated the separate space which included its own powder room.
