Good You had to check in at a kiosk where everything was digital. Not very convenient when you're standing there with your suitcases in your hands. There was a woman there to assist, but we didn't see her offering much help.

Very Good Everything was good but we were both handicapped as far as using canes and we were the farthest room away from an elevator other than that it was ok

Great hotel Long walk from carpark to downstairs lobby to check in as check in machines wouldn't take my UK passport. Maps weren't clear. Lovely inside very clean and smelt fresh. The room we booked wasn't available so we were upgraded once I pointed this out to the receptionist. Only paid for 1 days parking and discounted with voucher although we stayed 3 nights.
