Bien El baño no estaba limpio creo que deberían usar más Clorox , los corredores huelen feo y además Por las mañanas trancan los elevadores tuve que usar escaleras para subir 19 pisos y el olor era terrible en las escaleras Muchas cosas las facilidades de poder estar en único lugar y tener muchos lugares para comer y disfrutar de la estancia

Some hall noise but nicer than West Tower I could hear noise from the hall way. The Havana Tower is much.nicer than the other Towers. .

Pleasant West Tower was the room I initially chose and when I went into the room it was smelly and dirty. Not a nice room at all. West Tower was terrible. Never will select that Tower. The Havana room i liked. The receptionist helped us to get a new room because the room we had was smelly and messed up. West Tower was horrible.....
