great didnt like how they cancelled my reservation because i was a little late and had to book another one with little more than what i had before the room was clean nice and comfy didnt get the chance to use the pool hope next time

Great time and really fun, don't need to leave the hotel for anything really. If the check in stations worked for 3rd party rentals that would have made life much easier. Other than that everything was great and will be back soon. The staff is wonderful and you can find anything there you are looking for except for where to check in lol. Plan on going back in a few weeks just to relax and have fun.

Senior trip for colleges students and the resort had everything. Some of the staff at the front desk were rude. However, the front desk staff at check in and check out were very helpful. Had an issue with my key and the woman gave me a hard time. I didn't have my ID on me because I came from a walk on the beach. I was told security would meet me and they were at my room 30 minutes later. The room was amazing; however the signage was a challenge. Exceptional False advertisement saying the pool was open on the website but when you got there the pool was closed that was the whole reason why I was going there Food was good

We would come back but will likely venture to other places to eat. Check-in took an hour - the self check in machines were not working. The email that was sent for virtual check in did not work either. There were many others in the same situation & there was only one person checking people in. Service at any of the restaurants we went to was lacking. Great room, great ocean view, very clean and a comfy bed.
