Good My room not getting fresh towels only because I called. I think this should be standard. Cuba Libre dinner and staff were amazing. Specials on the drinks were good also.

Very Good Walking through the casino to get the elevator, the lobby was awful. Not a single seat or area to sit while you wait for 45 minutes to check in during what may have been the slowest check-in process ever. Three, maybe four staff who kept disappearing behind a wall trying to check in 20 people. Didn't seem like any of them could make a decision on their own and had to "check with the manager" for everything.
