Not acceptable Staff during check-in wasn't aware of the layout of building and put us near the elevator shaft and I had to get another room because of the noise from elevator, and parking attendant over priced us for parking during the checkout process, Tony Luke's restaurant we ordered a cheesesteak and it had a bone in sandwich and we took food back to Tony Luke's and they apologized and refunded our order, room had no microwave or conference table. Boardwalk is like a ghost town. Hotel room was meh. Hallway was left disgusting by others guests, staff cleaned it up by Distance from our room to EVERYTHING else. Had to take multiple elevator and escalators to get anywhere… huge pain. It was difficult to find where things were located. Definitely not enough signage. Everything is on the property

Wonderful
The room was comfortable enough and spacious for guest. While the rooms are comfortable they are a bit dated in the West Tower. I only stayed for a brief period of time but the TV did not work. I like the location. It provides easy access to the boardwalk, and there are plenty of attractions within the resort.

Pleasant I did not like that at around 12pm or 12am there were bathrooms by Wet Willies and by the parking garage were closed! Why? Why should any bathroom was closed. I hat an emergency and had to find a bathroom. And had to walk awhile to the casino floor to find a bathroom. I was in tears from the pain and almost went on myself. This is unacceptable! I also didn't like when I was checking out i had to use the kiosk to checkout. No live person? I had a discrepancy on my bill and I had to walk all the way to the other side ... read more
