Fantastic other than the fact they messed up my food order I didn’t like how hard it was at first getting to my room I loved the different types of restaurants inside the hotel

The Tropicana exceeded my expectations and I can’t wait to return! My only complaint is the elevators were a challenge to get on during checkout time and there was a long line to access the elevator for the parking garage. But even that wasn’t too bad. We stayed in the Havana tower, and our room was amazing! It was clean, modern, smelled nice, the view was fantastic!

Nice stay but could be better The room was ok but it smelled very strongly of pot and so did the hallway. We got some compensation which we appreciated. Some of the common areas need some TLC. (Ex. Details like the elevator panels covered with fingerprints and artificial plants full of dust take away from the experience.) Loved the facilities, beautiful decor.
