The staff is always friendly and welcoming.. food choice is great and reasonable…. Rooms are always nice and warm.

I enjoyed my stay a lot. We did book what is supposed to be one of the nicer rooms though, and it has really old and worn furniture, stains in a few places, and not as big as advertised. It served the purpose of being able to stay over night after attending Boogie Nights though, so I’ll give it that. The staff is all really friendly as well.

Had a Havana tower King Executive suite. The bathroom was really nice and updated. The room itself was ok. There was a nightstand light that wasn't working and the outlets for the plug in the one working one wasn't very stable. The view however, was beautiful. The biggest annoyance was the elevators. They were constantly not working and so there were lines of people all the time because of the limited amount of ones working.
