Perfect overnight stay The restaurants in the food court were expensive. We were on 52nd floor in the Havana Tower. The room is spacious and had everything we need for our ine night stay. The room is very clean with plenty of towels in the bathroom. Although the room is not ocean front, we did have a view of the ocean and city.

Good The bed didn’t even have a comforter on it anymore. Just an old fleece blanket. They also still charged the resort fee despite the fact booking.com said it was included when I booked.

Plan on coming back January 11 for my birthday 1 night Everything was fantastic except it was only 1 night

Pleasant Waited 25 minutes for elevator on Sunday which then I was charged additional fees for checking out late because there was nobody at the counter to ask if I’d be charged. We were on 36 floor and the issue of elevators cause a delay in our schedule to get to our next locations. Convenience of location and great stores and restaurants
