Very Good What I didn't like was the spa? I had to cancel 2 hours within the 24 hour time frame. They still charge me $270 for services. That weren't rendered after speaking to the manager. She only offered to give me half of the money back. That's not how any customer should be treated. Just take their money just because.she was very rude and disrespectful will never ever go there again

It was my birthday room could have been better The room had dresser doors would not stay close, one of beds was so squeaky,it had a chair that was for desk need a comfy one in there. Self check- in was easy and save time

Wonderful lo único que no me gustó es que el baño de mi habitación estaba sucio, inclusive había toallas sucias y usadas en la bañera y papeles sucios en el zafacón, cuando llegamos lo reportamos y quedaron de enviarnos a alguien de limpieza que nunca llegó. Me gustó todo, el hotel es bastante grande y precioso, lo único que no me gustó es que el baño de mi habitación estaba sucio, inclusive había toallas sucias y usadas en la bañera y papeles sucios en el zafacón, cuando llegamos lo reportamos y quedaron de enviarnos a algu... read more
