Everything was great we upgraded when we arrived to the hotel. Room was spotless. I forget how horrible smoking rooms can smell lol. But I had a amazing time will be going back and was placed in a modern room

The Staff at Tropicana was Absolutely FABULOUS. They were polite, accommodating, resourceful, and entertaining all at once. The Elevators worked great the whole time. Ice Machines worked. The Views were awesome. The Shower was nice. TV worked as expected. The Beds slept comfortably. The Lighting was good. The Room was a little too hot, however, and took a long time to cool down to comfortable temperatures. The Mini-Fridge was a bit defective, as it did not keep anything cold, just cool.
