Couple's getaway 2024 N/A The convenience of all the stores and restaurants. The adults only pool, comedy club, karaoke, and nightclub were all great. The cleaniness of the room and facilities, and the atmosphere was also great.
Wonderful Could get lost in there. Signs could have been better. Hotel room was great. Everything was clean and neat. A confusing layout, I thought they could have used more signs. But overall it's beautiful.

Maybe try more updated casino next time Ice machines not working. Light right inside door not working all week . Maid had to know that ? Drain in shower drain was very slow to drain had to stand on water to shower? Easy check in but need more check in machines and to stay on or working all the time to far to go to main check in when not staying in south tower need havan tower checking machines on all the time .

Pleasant Nice hotel. Clean. Environment and staff were excellent. Unfortunately the hotel charged my credit card twice for my one room. I'm currently in the process with my bank to solve this issue. Good during our 4 days stay our two rooms were not cleaned. yes we left requests for cleaning, but nothing. it seemed to me that the hotel was just waiting for you to leave many good restaurants
