Pleasant The check-in staff was very unpleasant, we checked in through the machine and went to one of the workers to ask how exactly we could get to our room (because the complex is very large and we were there for the first time), she rudely answered us that there are signs by signs and go. It was okay I asked for a no-smoking room but I could smell people smoking. And there were Nats on the ceiling like 30 of them. It's a nice place just not to stay.
