Business response:
We are disappointed to hear about your experience.
No ice machine on my floor. Valet parking lady during the day time older Caucasian women was talking down to me like I was a child. The indoor pool was closed from 1:30 to 3 and only stayed open until 4:45 because it was raining I should’ve accommodated for longer hours. The room was very quiet. Bed was comfortable
Business response:
Tiffany, we apologize for the service issues and pool closure. We're glad the room was comfortable. Please share details at https://www.caesars.com/help-and-support
