Good The room was a bit subpar. AC was not consistent and the toilet lingered after flushing. The location and staff was great.

Wonderful Only complaint is one, customer service rep being rude while I was clearly drunk and upset about poor treatment to help me receive a new room key. He tells me “can you please stop disturbing the other guests before I have to remove you” there were only 3 other people down there it was 2 in the morning that was uncalled for. The real and only reason for 1% dissatisfaction was the elevators were not working and we were on the 41st floor. Great property solana tower is wonderful. Comfy beds and exceptional pillows The decor was definitely dated in the room but it was clean and comfortable. The water wasn’t hot enough and the walk from check in to the Chelsea tower was excessive. Luckily we didn’t have a lot of bags or else it would have been brutal Valet parking was fast efficient and very reasonable. I would stay there again just for the valet price
