Good Long wait for elevator and directions to room weren’t clear. Room was nice.

Overall our stay was great! Just a couple bumps but would stay again!! The elevators were ALWAYS full since not all of them were running at times which made it even worse. Sometimes waiting 5 - 6 elevators just to be able to get on one. No microwaves in the suite was not very convenient. Our hotel windows were so dirty (external), it made our view very obstructed.
