Pleasant The fitted sheets had visible stains, the hair dryer was sticky and didn't work, the windows were extremely dirty, there was a hole in the bathroom wall, and none of the ice machines worked in the Chelsea Tower. The shopping, restaurants, and the nightlife because everything was indoors.

Very Good The check in processing was crazy and unorganized. The check in computer system went down and the shifting and maneuvering of guest back to the front desk counter was very unorganized and directions will very unclear. After standing in line for a while, the check-in kiosk went down. We were told by staff that the computers went down and we need to downstairs to the front desk. No real direction was given. Visited casino, tried out a few restaurants, enjoyed the nightclub/bars No complaints, enjoyed everything Great atmosphere, everything you need is located within the hotel. Felt extremely safe throughout my entire stay.
