Good the problem with the pool. That was my main reason for going to Tropicana. I enjoy it It was an okay stay

Ok The room we stayed in the west tower room 4804 all day and night you hear constant banging noise I believe from the service elevator it was terrible couldn’t really relax also ice machine was broken. Room service the delivery lady was kind of rude I opened the door to receive the delivery and to sign the credit card receipt. As this is going on the lady was pushy practically making her way into the room and continuously asking me if I’m Emily Fontanez. I felt like she was trying to look in the room for what reason.
