Great stay but never again - too pricy …. Way tooooo expensive !!! Clean but expensive Holy cow / no steak for me

A busy high traffic hotel that is huge, tons of restaurants, pricey, but we definitely enjoyed it. One of the pools, the blue parrot, was dirty with a floating layer of "scum" at the deep end causing us to turn around and go to the other outside pool which was immaculate. However, that pool was supposed to open at 10 and the attendant didn't show up so no one had a key to let us in. Decent hote …long check in process The check in process was terrible, kiosks did not work, the few people at the desks were overwhelmed with customers and I truly felt bad for them. I waited 1.5 hours is line to check in and the lady I had was so kind, despite being yelled at by others. I went to the front desk the next evening at 11 pm to ask a question as calling on the phone resulted in no answer, and there were 5 people in line, 1 person working, again the kiosks were not working, after waiting for over 30 minutes I left... read more

Overall very enjoyable. I'm 81 yrs old and my wife is 78. It was a long walk from the 9th floor in the south tower to the marketplace. Our choices seem to have been limited. Excellant food choices. Quick service.
