Enjoyed the stay Valet. Had to wait over 40 minutes to drop off my car one day. The line just did not move for over 30 minutes The Quarter
Disappointed with the service After leaving my room at 11 AM I returned to my room at6:00 PM to find that my room had not been cleaned. After holding on for 30 minutes waiting for someone to respond from housekeeping I was told that I need to request that my room be cleaned. This is not my first time at the Tropicana and I have never had such an experience. A big disappointment. Very Good
Riesenhotel für die Massen Geruch in den Zimmern (wir hatten zwei), Fahrstühle reichten nicht aus, so dass es zu langen Wartezeiten kam, alles etwas heruntergekommen. Massentourismus mit entsprechendem Publikum. Große Zimmer, sehr gute Lage direkt am Boardwalk, da diverse Restaurants im riesigen Gebäude vorhanden sind, fehlt es einem an nichts.

It was the first time and the last sorry to say The bathrooms were mostly closed Sorry but nothing very confusing where we had to go ,waiting for check in was crazy and didn’t get any towels until 8 hrs later, valet there was only two people waited over half an hour … Carmines restaurant was good!
Fine Checking in was horrible over 3 hours in line after online checking in. Very long lines only 2 desk staff Not acceptable Beach
Me gusta el lugar El cuarto que me toco no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y tenia un liqueo de agua aunque esta vez no me dieron un buen cuarto e ido otras ocasiones y es muy bueno el lugar Me gusto porque esta cerca del mar y tiene night club
