Large and overwhelming place at first Automatic check in didn't work properly, had to wait for a person who helped us out quickly. Hotel room was hard to find. Chelsea tower is connected to the rest of the hotel by a bridge on the 5th floor, but we didn't know that. No direction given when checking in as to where to go. Maps were hard to use because few told you where you were on the map or how certain floors connected to different areas. Got great directions from a maintenance guy.
