Wonderful We stayed in the Chelsea Tower. It seemed to be run down in the room. We were there mid June and the outdoor pool wasn't open for the season. Location and staff!

I don’t think I would stay there again Expensive hotel food check out was horrible only 2 employees to check you out & machines to check in/out were not working 45 mins to check out several elevators were broke Close to beach

Good The west tower elevators are so slow and had long lines would take you 30 mins to get to your room. The complex is pretty awesome plenty to do.

It rained so no beach. Watched a couple shows and tried restaurants. I wish there would have been more information about the hotel in the room. You were expected to scan a code and text questions. Some of us prefer to read off a pamphlet. It was hard to find out how to use local transportation. The room was not ready at 7:30 pm and we didn't feel it was thoroughly cleaned in the short amount of time it was ready; was still some hair on bathroom floor. I liked being on the boardwalk. Good You guys need to have all the elevators working. There was only one elevator working during my stay and on top of that some of the hallways near the elevators need repainting... I like the fact that it's right in the center of AC

Good The rooms was not clean . In the bathroom it was a pile of water and in one of the dressers it was a pair of dirty underwear . It’s no way the housekeepers thoroughly clean those rooms
