Exceptional I didn't like the added fees after booking on line. Also early check in for 30.00 was not great. I didn't like that. Everything was great.

Pleasant Hard to find room, not only just us as a couple but other people we saw as well were having a hard time finding which way the room was. Also, the workers at the casino were just standing around looking at people with bags and suitcases who looked confused, maybe ask if they need any help with finding anything? Also the room that I paid for it seem like I didn’t get, I don’t know if maybe it was because I got a smoking room, I specifically picked that room because of the shower but I just settled for what I got. Needs upgrades The rooms are rundown and old especially the Chelsea it's just not as nice and clean as it once was The location and shops within the casino were good food and all
Quick over night Check in was ridiculous. Arrived, waited on line, got to Rep at 2:50…as they were going to give room, was informed check in before 3 was a $15 surcharge…just on principal I was not going to pay since by the time we were issued keys and got to Room, it would have been 3pm…really should reconsider grace periods. If room is already empty and clean what is the difference to them? Room was nice and a good value compared to other higher rated hotels.
Exceptional Absolutely nothing Convenient booking. Check in and out was a breeze. Wish I had longer to stay barely got to enjoy all the resort had to offer
Very Good Room needs a deep clean (especially the shower/tub). Shower sucked (low pressure). Walls had holes and scuffs. TV could also use an update. Also, it is an extensive walk from the lobby to the West Tower, just as a heads up. Great location. Room also had an exceptional view.
Good time Rooms could have been a little bit cleaner. Lots of variety for dancing, drinking, eating.
Relaxing, comfortable, good food, engaged employees, everything you could want for a quick getaway! No advice for improvement as I enjoyed my stay and did not lack anything needed. Love that it is right on boardwalk as well. Easy access, well lit areas from parking lot to elevators to hotel. Woman at check in, Havanna area, (70ish years old - don't remember her name or if I got her name), but she was directing to open kiosks or desk, she was lovely, helpful, great energy.
