The room had serious signs of wear and the air conditioning didn’t work. For a deluxe suite, I expect better.

We stayed in The Havana Tower which is located in The Quarter where all the shops and restaurants were and very convenient to parking. The room was modern and had a beautiful view of the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and bars outside the hotel l.

Room was extremely hot had to call to get heat turned off. No one could give clear directions upon check in where to talk to someone live
