The property is clean, but it is dated and old looking inside. It needs a renovation and a refreshed look to the rooms. I was in the Chelsea Tower so I can only speak to that.

The Tropicana has a great vibe. As always, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property needs a huge investment in upgrades. Wherever you look, something is falling apart.

The windows were covered in a film you could barley see out. The air condition was also not working properly
