Pleasant There wasn’t clarity regarding the Chelsea Tower being so old and a journey away from the main property. Also. At check in near the quarter parking garage there is a ton of dust above the check in desk. The dust was literally falling on me and the agent during check in. Many options for entertainment and food. Plus vegan and vegetarian options.

Overall good but should definitely give more amenities for what you spend there especially those weekend rates Rooms should have microwaves for the amount of money,clubs should be included with stay or discounted and self parking should be included Close to boardwalk and beach and boardwalk hall

Very Good We booked the Chelsea side when we got there only one elevator was working. So we had to way on a long line to go to our room. Then when we wanted to catch the elevator to go back down it took so long we had to take the stairs. As we going that the stairs it was trash and even a dirty drug needle on the steps. That's when I told my daughter it's not safe on that side and I ask for a upgrade I really like my upgrade to the Havana towers
