Location was great. Staff was great. Room was outdated. The room was not the best. The toilet ran 24 seven, the toilet paper holder was broken, the refrigerator was not the best, the rug was not flat in the room. We stayed in one of the older towers. Location

Pleasant The room was old and needs to be updated and upgraded. Old carpeting, poor lighting, blinds that were old, dark poorly lit hallways, escalators that were often out of service. Casino floor, variety of restaurants

It was a good stay. Could not access a walkway due to cleaning which made us have to walk further to our parking garage. Had a lot of great places inside the casino.

Very Good The beds was a little hard for my taste. Everything is inside. You do not have to go outside for anything. That is wonderful in the winter months. Summer time you have options but Tropicana is wonderful

Good The door had a rather large gap around the trim. We literally heard everyone walking through the hallway all night long. Would be nicer to have a little more sound proofing so we could have slept soundly. I did the self check in, and I must have clicked the wrong button because instead of a king size bed, we ended up with a double queen room. Which was fine, but I would have preferred the king
