Exceptional The parking is too far from chelsea tower and the price was raised while I was there. A lot of the place wreaked of pot. The check out process was not clear and I did not get the emailed instructions until I got home. I left my keys in a kiosk and hopefully everthing will work out. check in very easy clean room nice shower ready when i got there. Could follow directions to room Beautiful place with great facilties

Good The casino is a maze, and I don't believe the maps and signs are clear as to where everything is. I spend a lot of time walking around trying to figure out where I was. It was good exercise but very tiring. The room, the staff

Very Good Same as above I really liked the hotel, when me and my husband originally booked we did not know that the Tropicana Chelsea building was a very old outdated tower. Once we got there we were told, but was also told if we didn't like it that we could come back down and change the room, which we did! For additional fee we upgraded to the south tower suite which loved!
