Exceptional The elevator was horrible. There were very long lines waiting for the slow elevators. The room was immaculate. It was spacious and had a great view.

I always enjoy my stay here but it’s a far walk to the Chelsea tower Shower had no pressure (2nd room like that). They did come and fix it. Clean, friendly staff.

Wonderful stay, and a super place to bring teenagers! If I had to complain, it would be the stink of cigarette smoke as you walked thru the casino. The other complaint is a minor one which doesnt reflect upon the hotel. When I tried to book a room, the agent claimed there were no rooms available other than suites.. That was a fabrication of the truth, and I booked thru Booking.com for half the price that the agent was quoting. The room was clean and fresh, bathroom very clean.
