Acceptable stay Elevators had long waits not all of them worked. The ones that did come people were packed in. Took us 40 minutes to check out from the time we left our room to the time we got to our car. Our hotel room had very few amenities and we had to call for more pillows and towels. We had a great view of the city and partial ocean! I enjoyed the large, spacious room and renovated features. The bed was very comfortable. Easy access to the beach.

Exceptional
Very Good A couple staff members were not very professional (bellman) Other than that everything was great Location, everything you need is there. You don't have to go anywhere but there. Night clubs, comedy club, restaurants, gaming, pools, rooftop, gambling, shopping, etc. I'd stayed before and will definitely go back

Decent trip, decent price but expect no one actually there to assist with anything (except Shelly) Self ck-in awful with long line & only 2 working kiosks. I got lucky to have Shelly check us in personally. Housekeeping never came in our room, had to raid cart for needed supplies mid week since no one answered phone. Lines for all pools & couldnt get in any all week. Not too many staff members could give reliable directions for things onsite Room was clean, bed comfortable.
