our stay was fine for one night wanted to stay 2 nights but room rates almost tripled for a Friday room was fairly clean but smelled of marijuana / entry wall and one wall in bathroom had splatters. No exhaust fan in bathroom room was plain and no carpet

Room was clean found some areas of hotel in need of upkeep and updating Room was outdated . Signage not clear in some areas Note don’t leave your room close to check out . Very time consuming to get to lobby Love the lobby , Stores, restaurants casino

Fun but outdated casino stay with access to the beach How far everything is from each other. Extremely long wait times at restaurants for take out orders. We parked in the west tower or French quarter parking garage and assumed that’s where we had to check in and we really didn’t want to stay in the west tower but didn’t really know where to go or know much about the different towers. Great but no so great The room wasn't cleaned at all. Dusty and the bathroom are had to clean by myself. You can tell they just throw the garbage out and fix the bed quickly but dusty everywhere in the bathroom and the fridge and the table. I was nervous to use the shower but had to clean it myself. The hotel location and the fact everything you need is on site including the casinos and great restaurants.

Good I did not like that the shower liner had mold on it and also I was not placed in a smoking room I like the convenience of Tropicana
