Besides the check in our stay was great. Check in was over an hour wait. It was evening and there were only 2 people working. Kiosks worked but still said to get in line. I waited over an hour just to get to the desk. The amount was different than booking.com amount. The attendants were nice and polite they were just way way under staffed. My time on a Mon night should not be wasted by standing in that kind of line. Room was nice and it’s a great hotel and casino

The Trop was packed full of things to do and our room was comfortable. I would consider staying there again. our room was 80 degrees when we got there and went up to 85 degrees while we slept. the thermostat was set at 68 degrees and would not let me adjust below that. water pressure in the shower was bad. location and lots to do. comfortable bed.

Decent Tropicana didn't have the room I booked until the next day. Stayed in a lesser room with no AC Was convenient to everywhere
