Stay was pretty ok except the part of not being able to control the AC in the west tower room and the stress they gave m house keeper did not come back to clean room after we told her that we were unavailable at the time she came at 10am. We had no control of putting up or down the temperature or the AC in the room we were given. I was given a hard time to get a crib because of a stupid rule that they don’t accept cots or cods in a double bed room. The weather, the VIEW of the ocean, and the restaurants simply Amazing Nothing to complain about. The 360 view was amazing I pray to book that exact view many times over, and over again 0

Room was overpriced for amenities Under renovations it felt dingy and hated the fact that none shared to the No smoking signs in certain parts of the casino area. Not much security staff and it regulate staff to speak to We have stayed at the tropicana numerous times, normally we get a Como discount. Bring it was covid abcs we haven’t been there we lost all our stats. Very Good it was little cold in the room , and we couldn’t even change the air conditioner put it down. so we had to handle with that near to the beach clean pool and easy to access clean room
