Just OK ... may not return. Building (Chelsea Tower) we were in was not easily accessible and far from front desk, with no nearby parking.

Exceptional Just people slamming their hotel room doors half the night to first thing in the morning. Moesha at check in was fabulous. She accommodated me due to my fear of elevators, so my room wasn't too high. I truly appreciated her professionalism and understanding.
