They put me in the old tower (west Tower) so the experience was much worse than my last time at the same hotel

Not my cup of tea. Checking in was less than pleasant, the staff member was curt and not helpful in giving directions to the room,(the place is set up like a confusing maze). We were given a handicap room, seemed oldish and a little dated. The phone charger setup didn't work. Also parking wasn't free, that was a surprise.
