We had a great time and loved the resort The elevators were very busy and it took bell service an hour and a half to pick up our luggage at checkout but that was on a Sunday and it was extremely busy another hour for valet to bring the car but all of the workers were friendly Drinks at the pool were very expensive. We ordered a few varieties of mojitos and the bartender made them and then mentioned they had no mint. Not many issues though So many things to do in the hotel. It was huge. Lots of options to eat and fun clubs

We enjoyed our stay and the comedy club and food was great The front of the hotel forward is dirty and not nice neighborhood Location on the beach
